Shipping policy

Delays

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order prior to shipment and a minimum of 2-5 days for delivery. Keep in mind that shipments may be delayed by customs or other reasons outside of our control.

Tracking information will be sent to you once your order is processed. You can view the status of your order at any time through your account.

Carrier and Delivery Conditions

Shipments are always made via Fedex. Please be aware that delivery of your shipment does not require a signature for drop off of the order. Use the tracking number to track your order and be sure to be present at the shipping address to receive your shipment. If for any reason your business should be closed on a weekday, please inform us of the situation so we can ship your order on a day more convenient for you. You can add notes to your order.

Damaged Shipments

Shipments damaged in transport or lost by the carrier are also 100% refundable or replaced free of charge.

Stolen Packages

If your package is stolen, contact us immediately at orders@rve.ca.

Out of stock products

If, after you have placed an order, the product purchased should turn out to be out of stock, we will either offer you an alternate product or offer you to wait for it to be back in stock. If you choose to replace the product purchased by the alternate, please cancel your original order and place a new one with the alternate product. The original order will be refunded to your credit card.
